These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Monora, a macOS application ("the App"), and its accompanying website ("the Site"), provided by Shusaku Umemoto ("the Developer"). By using the App or Site, you agree to these Terms.
Requirements
The App runs exclusively on Mac computers running macOS 14.0 or later. To use the App, you must meet the following requirements:
- A Mac running macOS 14.0 (Sonoma) or later
- A legitimate purchase through the App Store or this website
- Agreement to these Terms
Purchase & License
Monora is sold as a one-time purchase. A single purchase grants you a personal license to use the App on all Macs associated with your Apple ID.
- App Store purchases are subject to Apple's refund policy
- Purchases made through this website are generally non-refundable once the download link has been delivered
- The license is for personal use only (no team or enterprise licenses currently available)
Prohibited Actions
The following actions are prohibited:
- Reverse engineering, decompiling, or modifying the App
- Redistributing, reselling, or sublicensing the App
- Using the App for illegal purposes or in a way that infringes on third-party rights
- Using the App for commercial purposes without the Developer's written consent
Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the App and Site, including copyrights and trademarks, belong to the Developer or their respective owners. These Terms do not grant you any rights to such intellectual property.
Disclaimer
The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. The Developer makes no guarantees regarding:
- Fitness of the App for a particular purpose
- Uninterrupted or error-free operation
- Damages arising from use of the App (including data loss or business interruption)

Changes to These Terms
The Developer may update these Terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated through app updates or notices on this website. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Termination
The Developer may terminate your license without notice if you violate these Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.
